Of everything that you do, there is a reason why you’re doing it. If there wasn’t a reason why you were doing something than you wouldn’t be doing it in the first place anyway. “Having a purpose” when you are doing your task, this only enhances the activity and makes sure you bring out the best of what you are doing. For example, if you are to take the pitchers mound and not have an intent, or a purpose when you are there then you won’t perform well. Taking the mound with a purpose to get each and every batter you face out with the fewest pitches thrown is your intent, this is the purpose of why you are on the mound in the first place.
Another example I can use to put the picture in your head is how you approach a test in school. You’ve been studying all week preparing for this test and this moment of examination, you get to the classroom and you are there for a reason, for the purpose to get an A on this exam. If you don’t have a purpose, then there wont be a purpose for doing whatever it is you are doing. This is simple advice that can be passed on to anyone in particular because it can relate to all ages.

Good job giving those great examples. I agree with you that there is a reason or a purpose for everything we do, even if we may not know it at the time.
I’m going to repost my last comment since I commented on the wrong one last week. You got your blog done early and I didn’t pay attention to the dates ha.
